That’s the year Shiva Shakthi Associates was founded, right here in Hyderabad. For decades, it grew quietly but steadily, earning a reputation project by project, city by city. Then in 2023, Dinesh founded Expert Infra as its sister company — not to replace what came before, but to build on it with fresh energy, modern construction practices, and a sharper focus on industrial and commercial projects.
Why We Started Expert Infra
Here’s the thing about construction in India right now — clients don’t just want a contractor who can pour concrete. They want a partner who understands design, estimation, fabrication, and project management as one connected process, not five separate headaches. That gap is exactly what Expert Infra was built to close.
In just a couple of years, we’ve taken on end-to-end projects across more than 50 cities spanning Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Odisha, and Karnataka — and we’re not slowing down. We’ve completed over 100 automobile showrooms and workshops alone, alongside hospitals, apartments, and industrial facilities.
